Frozen wasn't dubbed in Hindi. But Disney dubbed and aired it on Disney channel in only Hindi. So there is possibility.

Unfortunately COVID has frozen all possibilities . In the promos the dialogues are in English.

Let's see. I think due to COVID-19. They couldn't make promos. There is huge possibility of regional audio because of Disney Plus. They might be dubbing and preparing content all these months.

Quality dubbing is needed in order to get added with Disney Plus. For Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam there is theatrical release for most Movies. At present no idea about Malayalam dubbing.
