here in west bengal no bann on crackers...
but irony is, from last 2 days it's raining heavily here...in fact now at the time of writing of this post, Raining cats and dog outside as a result no fire cracker this time...even we can't lighten candle this time due to the Strom...
accuweather showing there is a chance of raining for next 2 days also.
