Do Ultra plus HD pack include HD access fee

I am planning to shift to Tata sky from crap Videocon d2h.

I am planning to buy new setup box with ultra HD south plus pack per annum costing Rs.8685/-. I need a clarification that the ultra plus HD pack includes HD access fee or I will have to pay extra 175rs per month to view the HD channels in the pack. Please guide!!​

I think u can get this annual pack by 6570rs. Only through their customer care call

Rs8400 is for existing customers. For new setup box and installation, its 8685 per website
