That's in the future but who is using it currently ? I think it's the strategic user most probably Indian Navy. Last time Prasar bharati had to switch off 4 Gyan Darshan chs from Insat 3C because of Indian Navy want those tps.

On June 2, department of space sent a final notice to HRD ministry that transponder on INSAT-3C which serviced the four channels will be switched off immediately because of the mandatory requirements of strategic user.

so this indiactes that gsat 10 is not dead and some positive news will come w.r.t to tata sky

It was never dead as in last Jan ISRO got GAGAN operational clearance from civil aviation authority.
