My vote to Adtv for more channels addition to existing packages and Diwali , SSS offers.
Considered d2h but d2h added more existing channels not added any exclusive channels.

TATA SKY will add soon. .. as they have almost all the HD channel's on there platform and currently they are leading in India by providing maximum HD Channel's. Moreover I don't want to question you the same "what you asked me about 2 missing HD channel's" because then my list for d2h will be much much BIGGER than yours! !
