I am getting E51 Access Denied on all channels meaning FTA channels and pay channels.

Then have patience. Cable subscription doesn't happen instantly. Thanks to TRAI's blessings. You will have to wait at least wait 30 minutes to 72 hours to get plans activated.

My LCO says its a "server problem" and channels will be back from 4-5 pm.
