When i send mail to cc about this error in response i receive mail from cc that
"As per our record your VC is not eligible for mentioned offer" what is this?????? Then how can we be eligible for this offer , is this offer for unregistered users who register and get this offer and not for old registered users like me ??????

I already have Zee khana khazana in my monthly ala carte pack and secondly i couldnt get MOD non stop, since i have registered my email id just recently... its for already registered users, God knows still i am confused with dish tv customer care reply.. :lol

Biswajit brother it does not matter if u r new user or old registerd user as long as u r registerd on dishtv site u r eligible for this offer , i also got this rply frm cc
