Error in PPV movies order

many times I placed order for these ppv online but each time [7154727] Failed to order ppv error come.. You know why?
What is problem to place order ppv online ?
2 years passed but videocon could not improve online ppv and addons..
Lack Of IT skilled staff or any other reason???
