If BCCL indeed wants to shut down Romedy Now HD it will mostly use that licence for the SD feed of Times Now Navbharat. I feel though that RN HD might continue as it is. I also think BCCL will publish a new RIO including 3 (not 4) out of:

• Romedy Now HD
• Times Now Navbharat SD
• Times Now Navbharat HD (confirmed)
• ET Now Swadesh (confirmed)

Since the existing RIO has TNN HD but not ETNS, there is a good chance that any one out of RN HD and TNN SD might be included. Maybe leaving out Romedy Now HD was a mistake from their end and it may not shut down.
