Assamese dubbing is dull. Feels forced and audio quality also feels low. Meanwhile Bengali dubbing is excellent.

All these years ETV did not have a national presence. Now it is painstakingly trying to get one, that too in all the possible big languages. ETV will not let go of these assets any time soon by selling them to anyone.

The acquisition of ETV channels by Reliance was completed back in 2014 and the rebrand to Colors was in 2015. ETV BB channels were not on the radar back then so they will certainly not change hands any time soon.
