These are not mainly Bangladeshi Channels. They are operated from Malaysia, Australia., USA, Gulf, Most of their target viewers are Malaysia, Australia, Gulf etc, since Eutelsat 70B wide ku band coverage is very vast

Ofcourse you can use adtv dish, lnb, wire.
I am using d2h set up.

DM TV is the best.
Shadhin Bangla is better.
Rung TV shows band sangeet.
RTV, Mohana is good GEC.
Movie Bangla is also good.
Independant is 24x7 News Channels.
I also liked Channel 7 HD (SD).

I wish all stay there.
Already Channel 3, Ananda Bangla, Magic TV, Millenium TV, UTV Bangla, Gaan BanglaHD and many more left.

Not possible with ddfd stb.

I suggest you to invest in MPEG4, DVBS2, HD STB.
