[Eutelsat 70B] - HEVC HD Test added on 11294 H TP.

It is encrypted with Irdeto.

There are 5 other HEVC channel in Eutelsat 70 B but it is being listed under Radio section. This channel is being listed under Video section. So, I doubt if it is really an HEVC channel.

Only name is HEVC,
HEVC channels will store in radio section in normal stb.
