Everywhere TV and Transfer can be activated on up to 2 registered devices per subscriber ID

I got it activated on Windows 10 PC,but unable to do so on my non-rooted Nexus 9 WiFi Tablet.

I received this error.wall:wall

This device has already been registered with another Tata Sky subscriber ID.Please call the helpline to register your complaint.

So i have raised a complaint.

Edit: TataSky fixed the issue within a few hours,once i provided the required screenshots,great customer support :tup
