These are repeat telecasts of old matches,not live matches

This just means that they have got the license to broadcast all matches in 4K but they are not doing it,only TS and SPN know the reason why they are doing like this

Reason already mentioned. It's too expensive and not recoverable from viewers.

We are getting 4K channel free not paying anything for it.
