Rules are same for all. We allows some threads without posting source/proof publicly. In that cases source / proof are very confidential. In this situation they can contact the team & share the proof with us instead of posting publicly...:ok:

Revisit my words when I closed the thread 'Though your news might be true we do not allow sourceless threads'.If we let one sourceless thread remain then dozen others will popup.Regarding members posting without source Saj bro has explained that.
