Fashion TV Not Available on Any DTH in India

UPDATE: Fashion One channel was added at the same satellite position where Fashion TV was present. Fashion TV has moved to a different location, thats why its not available in India atm. Now all DTH companies have stopped broadcasting Fashion One channel as well.

Tata Sky is showing a new channel "Fashion One" in place of Fashion TV. Fashion One is an HD channel but Tata Sky is showing its SD feed.

Its not any Indian version of the channel. Its the original Fashion One channel feed. I wish Tata Sky keeps showing this channel as Fashion TV Indian version is now good for nothing.

And no, its not an entirely HD channel, its SD feed is available on various other sats., including ABS1 few days back. :k

I still cant understand why Tata Sky is showing Fashion One in place of Fashion TV? Why didnt they add this new channel in new LCN? Also is Fashion TV still showing on other DTH or all DTH showing Fashion One now?

Fashion One seems a good channel.

FTV and Fashion One are entirely different channels, under different organizations.

Could be, the satellite from where Tata SKY was downlinking FTV signals, have replaced it wid Fashion One.

^^ Absolutely. But I think even if Tata Sky added this channel intentionally, our ministry will not permit this channel for long.

I noticed one thing! I'm watching this new channel since a few minutes but after a few minutes the channel is automatically changed to next channel which is Showcase channel.
