I think broadcaster are not interested whether channel is in special category or not as far as they are getting the money they demand. So it must be a prerogative to DTH. So DTH can add the channel in higher pack or as a-la-carte.

But, 'SAB TV HD' is available on Dish Tv . They are also providing 'UTV ACTION HD' on their platform.
