few clarifications

I recently upgraded from SD to HD box. Have following queries, please clarify.

EPG - i am only getting the details of current and next program. How to get the future program details (like guide option)
Software version - Current download ID is 21. will it automatically upgrade to the latest version?
Audio Preference - is it possible to set the Dolby feed (where available) as default?

You can use channel list or channel guide to get two days EPG

Latest software is 21 AFAIK

Dolby digital can be set as default in settings>box settings

EPG issue is common in Download ID 21.
I too have the same problem.

Solution is to upgrade it to Download ID 23.

However, the software update files were removed from the transponders on 23/01.

So, our box won't update automatically unless the update files are added back.
