Same not eligible for me hope this is available for someone .

I requested a relocation in TP, Technician post completion of all the works pitched me this offer..since I have individual subscription of all apps so I humbly denied.. but asked him that why that offer isn't visible or available for all? He said it's should be done by them only.. so someone pls chk.
