'Flowers Tv' will be added on or before 12th April, 2015

In the above thread it is mentioned by the channel that the channel will be available in D2H. Two persons called the channel and confirmed.

But the fact is, if the channel is saying true then testing should have already started in D2H but it didn't.

I confused if I believe this thread or that thread
