Tata Sky New Subscribers – Free Actve Services Offer (‘Offer’) is a promotional scheme which is being offered by Tata Sky Limited (‘Tata Sky’) to its Eligible Subscribers.

Eligible Subscribers shall mean an individual who avails a new Tata Sky connection and does not fall within the category mentioned in B (1) of the General Terms. This offer will be valid until it is discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Tata Sky.

Under this Offer, Tata Sky will offer 5 Actve Services, namely, Actve Music, Actve English, Actve Cooking, Actve Fun Learn and Actve Smart Games (‘Pack’) to its Eligible Subscribers for free, for the initial period of 30 days after which the Pack shall be automatically dropped from the Eligible Subscribers’ accounts

To avail this Offer, the Eligible Subscriber has to avail of a new Tata Sky connection. The Pack will be auto-activated at the time of activation of the new connection.
