It is clearly mentioned in the TRAI order that subscribers can choose their own FTA or FTA+Pay channels in their 100 channel list. DishTV unnecessarily creating confusion by bringing these useless FTA bouquets. For example, a Tamil family does not need Kannada or Marathi FTA channels. It eats up their 100 channel cap and thus they have to pay extra NCF of Rs. 20 or more. They might fool some innocent people, but, informed citizenry should reject these stupid plans and adopt their own bouquets.

For getting 100 fta channels we need to pay 130 per month... In intelsat 66 satellite we will get 150 fta channels with out dd channels...

There are more than 500 FTA channels. Of these, 26 (DD) are compulsory. Of the remaining, only 30-40 are relevant to any particular person. Bengali babu will take 15 bengali FTA + 15 Hindi FTA channels. Then, he can fill the remaining 44 channels with his preferential pay channels. Then, NCF gets capped at 130 only instead of paying extra.
Note: Pay channels cost is separate though.

But Dishtv is declaring you pay Rs153 for North or South FTA channels as informed by RommoR bro as he has declared it as a bunch of channels avalaible for Rs153 after that you add and pay extra for carriage fee for other pay channels

They can do that. But they should also offer the option to make your own FTA pack excluding DD channels.

If DishTV or any other do not provide the subscriber the chance to make his own pack, then, they will be violating the order.
