Bro The Customer Care is Saying that currently there is no channel available on LCN 896. So I wanna ask How You have activated this channel via customer care?? Even selfcare portal is not updated..
Just ask them to activate channel no. 896 then they will activate. If you ask with channel name they will say channel is not available.
