You will found the watermark logo in all south channels, don't know who bought this system and what is the purpose of it but it looks senseless.

Generally in North,all most all Hindi channels having the rights to play Hindi songs,but in south playing songs also should have the rights..particular channel have rights to play particular movie and that movie songs.Some what it is better in Tamil,Tamil channels will play full new Tamil songs,but in Telugu not like that..to play full songs they should have rights for that movie.another thing..local cable MSOs copy those songs and simply they play those songs in their local channels that is the reason to prevent piracy they put water mark logo on their channels.
