BANGALORE: Gemini TV will start a UTV produced daily mega soap – 'Auto Bharati' from 14 November at the 7.30 pm primetime slot.

Each 30-minute episode of the serial will run Monday to Friday.

Auto Bharathi will replace the UTV produced 'Raktha Sambandhan' (Blood Relationships) that ran for over 550 episodes.

South Indian movie actress Kalyani plays the lead role of Auto Bharathi. The soap is directed by Nagesh Kninbla and the screenplay is by Prashant Jadhav.

Auto Bharathi is a story of the sacrifices that a girl makes by taking over the bread winner’s mantle- she learns to drive an auto-rickshaw after her father loses his legs in a car accident. The soap runs through the family’s expectations and the failure of those expectations from a male sibling. From the love angle, Bharathi has a silent admirer – Ram Charan, a very rich businessman who has taken the business run by his father to a higher level and who reveres his older sister. Will Ram Charan be able to get his sister’s blessings to wed Bharathi?
