Please find ,by the way what is the latest verstion of Xstrem4 ? and my LG G4 2024, support Dolby vision & HDR+

Why dolby vision is listed under unsported formats? Is it TV settings or STB?

I played Netflix Dolby vision Move on the same LG TV, it play properly with Dolby vision.

If I play same movie on xtream4 box Netflix, it plays as Simple HDR , so this confirms xstrem4 still doesn't support Dolby vision and HDR+.

By the way what is latest firmware version of xstrem4 box?

No yar , today I updated to hardware version 4 box , still Dolby vision is not supported ( my tv support LG G4 2024)

All Airtel XStream Boxes support Dolby Vision and all other latest audio or video tech features.... If u r not getting dolby vision audio and ur TV supports the same then either ur OTT plan does not include providing Dolby Vision audio or be it incase of any Netflix or other OTT apps custom made for various DTH Smart Android Boxes, u will see some differentiation interms of what all video or features various content supports as compared to Android TV app, generally it is done so as to keep App size smaller and even to comply with certain licencing or agreement terms

Did Airtel said xstream4 will support Dolby Vision

Airtel didn't say about YCbCr 4:4:4 , and HDR and but it supports, and it works.

In xstrem3 even basic HDR, 4k buffer issue and picture freez, and not working in xsteamer4

In general Airtel release features silently, so customer to test.

So we use to evaluate features in this forum, we educate eachother. We are not following documentation

Dolbyvision and hdr10+ not supported in xstream4.also dolby truehd and dtsx audio not supported.

Hi I played same Netflix acoount (Premium ) Dolby vision Movie on the same LG G4 TV (LG OLED evo AI G4 65 (165 cm) 4K Smart TV 2024),
it play properly with Dolby vision.

If I play same movie on xtream4 box same Netflix account , it plays as Simple HDR , so this confirms xstrem4 still doesn't support Dolby vision and HDR+.

Dolby Atmos for Audio - this is seperate tesing and approvel and payment to Dolby org
