Yes, Sudarshan News. The launch date is not yet decided. Last week the chairman of Sudarshan News Shri Suresh Chavanke tweeted that he is working on it.

Viacom18 is now producing lot of Marathi movies. Their current trend is to launch movie channels for various regions (Colors Gujarati Cinema & Colors Bangla Cinema is on way). So, expected Colors Marathi Cinema will be launched shortly.
