Yes its happening from broadcaster end .Same thing happening in Tatasky also.

Today while recharging, I noticed few changes in long term recharge page. In the recent changes, we can select the duration of the long term recharge and the amount will be auto populated for us. Also, we don't need to refer the benefits of long term recharge in a separate page anymore. All the information are available in the same page.

Anyone noticed these changes earlier? I am doing recharge after 6 months.

You always guide us to create thread in some section ( we like u r intention,but how many people will peep into the thread and see whats the content in it)


We want to raise our voice via Dream DTH by creating threads for some telugu / favorite channels.

Please guide us how to raise our demand, if we say to customer care its wastage of call chargers ( as they dont have proper toll free number )

I agree with you Satheesh.

I confirmed that D2H is looking at our forum for our discussions. So it is good to post separate thread with prefix "Channel Request" for each channel.

But the problem here is, we will end up with multiple threads for same channel request. We should actually create one thread for a channel or set of channels or a genre of channels and all others should follow the same thread by adding their posts. Otherwise, it is not easy to maintain such threads.

From now onward, channel requests can be created as separate threads out of general discussion thread.
