It means not functioning well, for example you experienced blank screen issue but no other users faced it, after restarting it solved.

Finally, I’ve found the answer. In my account there’s an additional addon in the name of prev_grp1. I assume this term abbreviates Preview Group 1. But I didn’t request them for this addon. further I’ve asked for details and I’ll post here once I get them.
