Friends, please help me with software update for my d2h HD stb. model number is 2244 RF. Current download id is 25. This is version is very slow. What is the latest version number? I haven't been using d2h for a while and now recharged it & using it one of the rooms. Tried downloading manually by holding the reset button but it didn't work (Timeout error). Is there any other way of updating the software?

yes you need to download update files from internet and update using a usb pen drive or you can ask CC to send the update from their end.
latest id is 34 or 37 i cant remember
