No bro. you can select your own pack including pay channel by paying the subscription fee. Check the below statement in their website.

"Each “d2h” subscriber shall pay Rs. 130 (taxes extra) as NCF for first 100 SD Channels including FTA and paid channels. However, for paid channels, subscriber shall be charged subscription fee in addition to NCF. "

There is new option added under Consumer corner in d2h site named "Availability of customer care programming service with its LCN".
I think d2h will add packages,ala-carte and bouquets for customers to choose in their service channels.

Any idea new HD channels will be added after Trai implementation? Customers may move to Tata sky since there will be also same pricing structure with lots of channel option

Personally now im using d2h due to it's low cost package.. But after Trai, if it's going to be the same in all dths I ll definitely move on to Tata sky
