Imo- After Trai 2 implemention, d2h will add pending HD & SD channels with new dealings with broadcasters, before Diwali something will happen, atleast after Diwali, let's see what will happen, but main problem is Trai-2 delay,
Example-
2397 Gemini Movies SD then 2396 is empty for HD addition
Same process
2399 ETV Cinema SD
2398 For ETV Cinema HD channel addition in future
They already in plan, but delay reason-Trai-2,
