You are right they seems out of DTH race. They introduce no offers, no addition of useful channels, poor customer care are the main reasons people moving away from Reliance Digital.

I agree. Sun Direct customer care service is awesome. This is one of the reason I am still using Sun Direct. Reliance Digital is a little more inclined towards ROI subscribers than Sun Direct. I am 100% sure as soon as Sun Direct got clearance to add more TP and channels they will be much more better than Reliance Digital and may be some other DTH
