Please ask them if its for old hd dvr or hd dvr transfer? I am not facing in hd dvr transfer and i have not connected my old hd dvr to wifi.

Yes, my hd+ box has become way too sluggish, and the slow remote response is very frustrating. Earlier i thought this is problem with my dvr only?.
