HEVC technology already available in 4K box. Because HEVC is using for compressing 4K channels.

They will add 4k channels if any broadcaster launchrs it. If my memory is correct, Star Sports launched 4k channel for Fifa WC. At that time TS added that channel. Now it's not available.
