May be satellite migrate

Today i call ts cc due to sun outage problem. The cc replied me that the sun outage problem continue upto 23rd mard. That means 23rd march mid night may be ts migrate satellite. The cc not mention that the sun outage problem solved in next 2-3 days. They replied the problem continue till 23rd march. Till then waiting.

Just now spoke to tata sky cc via chat regarding all these problems faced by some customers I asked them why is it happening they said that they are moving to new satellite and when I asked the name of that satellite they said that its GSAT 10 in which they are moving
