You have Humax HEVC HD STB ??? I tried connecting my WiFi USB Dongle it doesnt work, u have ti buy Tata Skys own dongle.
I dont remember giving miss call to any number to start WiFi

Ok this happened yesterday night. Next time I will take a photo of this and share here along with the number. Yes, I have Humax..

I mean if one deactivates Multi TV for long time and doesn't activate/recharge that STB, will he get any offers ???

TS is asking me to take ASC, Annual Service Commitment, Pay Rs 499 for Primary and Rs 449 for Multi TV and get Free Service Visits, STB, Remote, LNB, Cable, Adaptor, Dish replacement for free

No bro. But as you have seen the thread i bought remote for my Transfer box paying full remote cost because i have not availed ASC.

I feel it is good, i contacted TS saying that the STB purchased in Nov last year is again giving signal problems even after the technician gave assurance that it will work if i use old cable wire, but after some days i started getting signal issues, here is the details Seeking Help - Tata Sky Signal Issue

So i have to pay Rs 225 service visit as my primary STB is out of warranty, but i said Multi TV is still in warranty but no they have some different policy.

They told me that it would be a good option to take ASC as it will cover STB and all accessories including service visits. So if STB gets spoiled i will have to pay Rs 400 for HD STB replacement, and Rs 225 service charges which will be 725. And as u said bro we cant predict what will get spoiled when.

Then thats good. So u dont need ASC as u already have free service visits. And ur STB if it goes bad will be rs 700 for replacement
