I think you are on Kayika Sadhya Pack. You can only activate it via CC. Even you can't change yourself package from Kayika Sadhya to any other.

My HD Access fee @99 expired yesterday. When contacted Tata Sky, asked them to drop MD Access Fee@175 or offer me @99 for 3 months. They said, 99 offer is not available anymore in my account. So dropped HD Access @175.

then may be that's the issue. I checked portal and there is no option to add DSports..
Don't need to change the package. It is one of the best pack TS have.

There is only one hdaf. And I tried HD fee 85 rs in South special pack. 240+85

It will not work as digi card is pared with that particular stb
Btw i am not a genius
