How does digital signal level related to disturbance ? As per my understanding even if some one gets 1% signal he should get crystal clear audio and pic. It's either 0 or 1 so clear aq/pq or no signal. Now it's true that 1% will cause no signal even if small cloud in sky so we need 70-80% level but that's different issue. Am i missing something ?
