Raining heavily since hours and TS is working fine. getting 20% signal.

Now its raining very heavily, and SQ is 5% MER is 6.0. still working. Wow

Now the rains and wind were so powerful that even Super LNB couldn't handle it, NO SIGNAL now since 5 mins

• Log in to my tatasky.com,
• Choose Contact us option,
• Click on New request
• Nature of Request --> My Account Related
• Type of Request --> Temporary Suspension
• Select the account you want to Suspend,
• Select reason of suspension,
• Choose suspension Start & End Date
• Give a brief description for this suspension and Submit.

This service is Free of cost and can be used whenever you want. It can be done in Help&FAQ section of Tata Sky app too.

As of now Tata Sky haven't updated it.
