But i think currently not even a single channel in our stb is from gsat...thn why some of us are not getting channels, like some of us are not getting hd ones

The signal disruption can happen if there are change in the signal parameters from the satellite. The very fact that the solution involves changing LNB alignment to suit V polarity indicates V TPs have something to do with it.
