On my complaint regarding bad picture quality Tatasky sent the technician yesterday whose observations could not satisfy me though. He suggested either to get my LCD checked or to replace stb.
Later to my query about upgrading program he told me that the work is paused only to be resumed after IPL.

Which work did he said and nothing has been paused they are still doing that upgradation work coz they know that because of signal issues many have left their dth and opted for a new dth so they will not gamble on others coz they know it will cause a huge impact on their sales
