Found freezing in Malayalam HD channels especially zee Keralam HD

What is happening nowadays on tata play quality of service going down day by day..
They are extremely focused on binge+.. giving secondary preferences for channels..

Bro don't think like that....
Maybe this low quality channels is because of statillate issue....
They will solve it....
And binge+ or binge is not flawless it has lots of issues...that too they are very small issues... Which is not being solved by Tataplay from months....
And, binge + is mainly for customers who watches both live tv and ott.. So, there is no chance that didn't care about channels they need to care.... Otherwise they will loose higher arpu subs... Because if channels are not good... Why binge + pay for Tataplay they will buy better hardware like firestick..

The actual problem is TataPlay Is Not TataSky..... Maybe they have issues like dealy of satellite launching.... And It is not only the issues.... They have many issues... Quality of service is not like previous tatasky...

May be backend work going on . we have faced same issues when Gsat 10 was in testing by Tata Play . So please have patience till they shift to Gsat 24.

Telugu hd channels r freezing & pic blur some times ...i.call.c care few minutes back. They said some technical work r in processing all r set tomorrow morning ...
