Strongest?How much signal quality is needed for lessen rain outage in Tataplay on weakest tp

My box not showing some channel's LCN & not able to watch that channel's.
Iam done factory reset also.
For example colors Tamil 1515 not showing in my box. Iam done factory settings. After that channel is showed. Iam played that channel, with in 1 minute automatically ch.100 came.
After that again colors Tamil (1515) not showing.
Some English movies channel's LCNs also missing.
Any one knows
What is the problem. How to rectify that.
My box is also new one. Taken one month before only. Signal is also good.

Because Telugu channels signals are fluctuating for some seconds from morning and strucking at sometimes
