Volume + button is sometimes changing channels ( working as channel + button ) is this issue specific to me or everyone facing it this is happening very frequently very irritating channel gets changed while increasing volume. i tried master reset but issue is still there.

in settings it shows navya 3 omni remotes is the manufacturer
