Yes, we all know, TS have some satellite/ TPs problems... but why do d customer bear d brunt of it :u
Its like perform or perish.... just dont give excuses, every time to hide ur own inabilities ( in this case, to add more chnls) :s

They will perform brother...right now they know space crunch is working okay...simply because others who offer more channels do not come up with same quality in terms of dvr, gui, website, dolby digital etc. Just imagine a world where dish tv starts offering all above stated features...do you this ceo's interview will talk same statement for 5 years or will it next day change to "we have acquired a new satellite and we are now migrating" my understanding simply says...they access if next excuse is going to drop my sale or not and then they act...till now due to quality reasons they have remained in competition and that is why they always dare to ask for excuse...

I have checked Airtel quarterly report. There they have mentioned their profit and loss from DTH business as well but I didn't find Tatasky profit and loss in Tata Son's report :u

thats wat i was thinking, y it is shown on google what i said earlier. they r tatas, india's best brand y they r hiding their reports.

i think dish tv is the first to launch dth service in india soon followed by tata within a year. but tata r ways behind than dish tv.
i searched it on google tata is at no. 4 in terms of subscribers.

so customers r not the Cs though the first word of customer is c.

post that screen shot other wise not going to believe :dodgy:u

totally agree bro. but share market is altogether a different concept. i do invest in share market only as i m into share market only but i generally do not read all these statements. i invest on the basis of technical analysis. but for others might b they r investing with the help of an analyst but i m pretty sure that atleast they have been sending their reports to trai atleast if not anybody else.

First thing is tata sky is not a listed company, so they will not report about their finical details.
Secondally as far as signal problem is concern , i have realised on the basis of experience that their technical team which visits subscribers to get the problem solved are incompetent. As was the case with the engg. Who visited my home to solve the problem was more interested in selling new lnb and not in solving problem. He was not interested in visit, and wanted me to move the lnb to other direction while he was on call with me. And most importantly there is no exclusive ness of engg. These guys work with 2-3 DTH providers and thus they show more interest in those DTH subscriber, whose DTH provider give them more commission.
