Tata Sky has 1 Crore Active Subscribers, said by the Tata Sky CEO itself.
Just now watched Pehredar on CNBC Awaaz. If you listen carefully, Harit Nagpal answers the first question of Priyanka Sambhav that how many subscribers faced the problem, he said out of One crore Active Subscribers near about One Lakh subscribers face the issue. That means near about Forty Lakh De-Active Subscribers.

Isro lanuch two new satelite in 2015 - 16 gsat 15 & gsat 6 gsat 15 r 93*5 what about gsat 6?

gsat 6 will not have ku band tps..so it doesnt matter what will be the location

It's possible gsat 15 direction changed 93 to 83*
