Whenever I want to visit mytatasky and trying to change/ modify package a messages appears to call CC for said task. Self care service stalled or some modification is going on?

As per CC the my99 Pack have 30 days Locking period but after little request they changed my base pack again hya:luv

Rushil bro that not ur camera fault,because i also facing this issue,bro mobile also overheating due to climate ,that's why not good quality,yesterday i have check my mobile temp on battery booster soft it showing above 104 degree:skd

Just now i got details from my local dealer he said tommorow Fox Crime and Focus Ne will be removed by Tata Sky

Only my99 pack has a 30 days lock in period or all packs have a lock in period?
Because when I was subscribing to my99 on 10th May some1 from here had told me that I can Change my pack 2 times in a month?

Btw Rushil bro, do you need kids channels , otherwise you could have taken supreme sports pack at 300₹ P.M. ?
