Sun Direct DTH Complaints

so sun direct is Laying that they are in top 10 in customer service may be that are last in 10th and other are above from them :lol :angry

each DTH customers are having some problems always so it doesn't mean that that DTH customer service is bad :no

no..No...That is too old..Complaints of 2011..What u r saying about ts before ipl..20%not get signals....One u can see in both fb pages..Sd fb page has channel request..Ts fb page is full of complaints which will be more than 104 comments in one status

Complain came bcoz of technical issue which can happen with any company at anytime for example few month earlier here in DreamDTH a new record(max user access) was created when Airtel DTH service was disrupted due to some fire(if I am not wrong) in their uplink station.

@Rushil bro The complaints are too old. Sun Direct & Tata Sky best in terms of service. At times SD 1% ahead of TS.

Sun Direct having very less subscriber base in north india so their maximum focus on south only where Tata sky have to focus on whole India :tup
