And only 1 customer's pack is dropped, not everyone's

I think If you change your pack , the channels will be dropped.

Yeah Eng Movie will be dropped(even within 30 days lockin period) if u subscribe Metro or Grand sports pack

Then it shouldn't happen. call CC and shout on them and asked them to transfer your call to their senior officer

already shout & call transfer to many senior officer bt not solved problem they saying wait for june20

Why don't u ask them "what is so special in June 20 & I am loosing my offer what about that, will u(Tatasky) extend my Eng movie offer for another month" ? .

On 2nd may I had taken j sat offer of romedy now at 1₹. On 10th may summer bonanza offer came so I decided to downgrade my pack to my99 pack. Before downgrade romedy now was showing as subscribed but after I downgraded my pack, it was dropped.

but its not happened with me i too downgrade it to my99 during summber bonaza offer but still romedy now and other hbo offers are continue for me :huh :-/
